| X Zubera 1C 1/2 Creature - Zubera Spirit When X Zubera is put into a graveyard from play, it does something for each Zubera put into a graveyard this turn. Okay, here's one: When Kamigawa was being made, the original Zubera cycle was a cycle of 1/1 creatures. However, they found it was too powerful and they made them worse by making them the 1/2 creatures we know now. Why? - Spoiler:
Skullclamp was still legal. If the Zuberas were 1/1, they'd be too easy to kill with Skullclamp, as well as providing huge card advantage.

| Point is that at the time the card was still legal, so any deck that can blast out any other deck with commons and an uncommon is an indicator that something's wrong... | |
