| Well, slow games can be fun provided they don't drag on in the same way for hours... | |

| Not necessarily turnwise, I mean Jonathan's infamous 10-minute turns that involve drawing, playing a land, deciding between two cards, and the odd attack. | |

| The opposite is true too. I never liked how Sam tried to get everyone to take their turn in under 5 seconds.

| Well, that's not playing fast, that's urging the other's to play fast. And yes, it is unpleasant playing with Sam when every game somehow ends with him punching you/blaming his teammate/him making it obvious that he had not enough/too much coffee last night. | |

| Ooo, we had a really close Emperor yesterday. Marcus alpha-striked Jonathan with his Slivers, and Jonathan had a chance of dying or staying on four life. He decided to live for another turn, preventing Sam from killing Marcus with his demons. This gave me enough time to reality-acid away some of his key elements after Jonathan was dead. The Peter/Aaron side was in stasis, with Peter not being able to break through the solid defense of snakes. Teams were: TEAM 1 Emperor:Sam-Demon/Ogre General 1-Jonathan-Samurai/Knight General 2-Peter-Selesnya beatdown TEAM 2 Emperor: -Mastermind General 1-Marcus-Sliver General 2-Aaron-Snake | |
