Thought people might be interested in this, its a program with an MtG AI that supports most cards in most sets, and is up to date with Gatecrash (latest set).

http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=339510

I fed it several of my decks, and it will happily play them against each other Very Happy

Note that you might want to restrict the amount of time the AI takes to think in the options - It becomes extremely slow once the board position starts getting more complex.Don't put it too low though - Otherwise it won't play anything and will end up discarding Razz

Forge is another MtG program with AI:

There's also a rather fancy program by the name of Wagic: The Homebew, which runs on most smartphones.
