The bidding shall begin at say...3 mil a piece?
This is not a violation of the forum rules coz the title quit clearly staes "Not illegal.
This in fact may well be a violation of the forum rules, but what the forum doesn't know can't hurt it...
Ok I admit this is most likely in violation of the rules.
