Challenge Null & Void.

If a challenger makes a challenge and then doesn't bother to turn up to the next meeting, the original challenge should be declared null and void if an alternative challenge can be successfully completed at that meeting.

1) This will accelerate ladder activity and prevent Non-attendees from making mischievious or unproductive challenges that only serve to prohibit ladder activity.
2) Challengers should be encouraged to attend meetings.
